Cancelling a performance Prior To it Starting

Due To Poor Weather or for another reason

This only happens when we are pretty much certain that the show will be be unplayable due to adverse weather such as wind or rain. Normally the decision to cancel is made on the day of the performance and usually by 4pm. Ticket holders will be contacted via email to inform them of the decision.

Cancelling Once The Show Has Started

This happens once the show is underway and it has become obvious that we are unable to continue.

Pausing The Show And Then Restarting

Sometimes we will pause the show if the rain or wind becomes too heavy. We may then restart the show once the worst of the weather has passed.

Transferring To An Indoor Venue

Sometimes, if adverse weather conditions are forecast, we will move the performance to a local indoor venue. Normally the decision to transfer is made on the day of the performance and usually by 4pm. Ticket holders will be contacted via email to inform them of the decision. Normally the performance will then take place on the same date and at the same time as the original outdoor performance - occasionally, however, the date or time of the performance will change.

Rescheduling a performance

Sometimes we will reschedule a performance to a new date at the original venue. Normally the decision to reschedule is made on the day of the performance and usually by 4pm. Ticket holders will be contacted via email to inform them of the decision.
